Jade Lennon

Jade is a highly experienced Specialist Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over 10 years of diverse clinical experience. She graduated from the University of East London in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is currently finalising a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire, with a focus on exercise prescription and sports injury rehabilitation.

Jade’s career has spanned various settings, including the NHS, private clinics, and professional sports.

She has worked at institutions such as Nuffield Health, where she served as a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal, medical, orthopaedic, and paediatric care. Her experience also includes working with athletes during her time as a physiotherapist at Arsenal Women.

She is known for her exerptise in delivering comprehensive assessments, devising tailored treatment plans, and administering specialized therapeutic techniques. Jade is also certified in acupuncture and sports massage therapy.

Jade is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping active and has a particular interest in bodybuilding and running, she has ran the London marathon.
